2008 has been an excellent year so far for  'The Housing Specialist'.  We are currently working on a variety of projects for clients which is very exciting and keeping all the team busy.  Perhaps you would like us to assist you with that special project in mind, we can work with you with all your ideas and get your dream underway...

The aim of my company is not only to produce fine homes, but to also have truly satisfied clients.  And this can only be achieved by a dedicated team of people who are competent in their field and committed to the common goal of customer satisfaction.  The key is simplicity.  I have a great team of people who can take the complex task of putting together a building project and make it appear simple and relaxing to clients, so they can really enjoy the journey.

In 2007 The Housing Specialist completed a number of multi-dwelling projects, Kitsethouses, new homes and acquired some prime residential sections in high demand developments and saw growth in both New House and Land packages and Kitsethomes sales in the South Island New Zealand. We are also seeing an increasing number of families from South Africa & The United Kingdom (UK) building new homes with us.

In 2006 The Master Builder Canterbury Awards were great for The Housing Specialist. We entered 4 new houses in the awards and received an award for each, one gold, two silver and a bronze!  That’s a brilliant result and shows that our houses are among the highest standards in the industry for design and construction.

Richard Kane, our in-house architectural designer has developed some great new home plans. We can build from our existing house plans or design a new home to your specific requirements.

Either Patsy or Shaun who are our trained building consultants are available from 12 - 4pm seven days a week or by appointment at our NEW SHOWHOME on the corner of Riccarton Road and Paeroa Street, Riccarton in Christchurch.  Why not call in and have a look around, you will be impressed!
